First Colony Mobile Home and RV Park is to the northeast of San Benito. The park offers more than 200 RV campsites, many with a pull-through design. Full water, sewer and electric hookups are provided throughout the park as well as free wireless Internet access and cable television connections. The park is enclosed in a security fence, and is accessible only with a key card. Onsite facilities include restrooms, showers and laundry. The park provides free coffee every morning and free purified water all day. Recreation facilities include an indoor game-room, in-ground swimming pool, Jacuzzi and shuffleboard courts. The park is pet-friendly--dogs must remain leashed.

Fun N'Sun RV Resort is a long-term and short-term RV campground for adults over the age of 50. The large park has more than 1,400 lots, around half of which are available for daily or weekly rental. All of the short-term sites measure 32 feet by 55 feet, and approximately 50 sites allow for pull-through parking. Full water, electric and sewage hookups are available at every site. Guests can arrange for wireless Internet and cable television connections for an added fee. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are provided for guests as well as a beauty shop, post office and boutique. The park's community center features a billiard room, an exercise center and a dance floor, which is home to scheduled events throughout the year. Additional facilities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and air-conditioned shuffleboard courts. Pets are welcome.
