Accept a Neopet Transfer on Neopets
If you're switching your Neopets account or someone has offered to transfer a Neopet to you, accepting the transfer is easy. The Neopian Pound recently updated its policies, allowing players to make one safe Neopet transfer each month. This transfer ensures that your Neopet carries its paintbrushes and petpet to the new account and that it goes to a good home--a guarantee that can't be made when you abandon your Neopet at the pound.
Instructions
1. Log in to your Neopets account and go to your Neomail.
2. Check your Neomail for notification that a pet transfer is awaiting your approval.
3. Click on the option to accept the Neopet being transferred to you within three days of the notification; otherwise, the pet returns to its original owner.
4. Pay the adoption fee for the pet. This fee will vary depending on the Neopets statistics and history and will be visible in the transfer notification.
5. Visit the Quick Reference page in your Neopets account to view and access details about your newly transferred pet.
