The Perfect World multi-player online role-playing game based on Chinese mythology offers a range of quests, trades and other activities in which players obtain pets as a reward. Players can earn, purchase or get different types of pets of different ages based on the game they play or action they perform while playing Perfect World.
Pets from Quests
Players can get the Woody Pig, Dryadling, Rubi Boar, the Sproutax, Jumping Squirrel, the Plump Toad, the Wild Wolf, the Battleground Tiger, the Yaksha Ranger and the Hades Watchman on the many quests available in Perfect World. Players can also purchase these pets from non-playing characters in Perfect World.
Marketplace
Players can buy pets in the marketplace on Perfect World. Players need to pay the price of pets available in the marketplace in Jaden - the currency of Perfect World. Pets available include the Wolfgang Beast, the Tater Tot, the Stonus Protector, the Kuzje Mutant, the Cloud Tiger, Miu Miu, the Scorpus Ravager, Genghis Kong, Checkers, Christmas Snowman, Little Cow, Astral Drake, Apocalypse Cow, Rajah and Jessie.
Pet Capture System
Players can use the pet capture system added in the Ascension Expansion of Perfect World with patch 84. Players can capture the Underworld Judge, the Night Owl, the Chubby Baby, the Fire Rock Demon and the Little Deer using the capture system.
From Other Players
Players can purchase some pets that are not available on current versions of Perfect World from other players. These pets include Phantasma, Aissi Bear, Fairy Diah, Chromawing, Dystinor, Lamb Chop, Silver Fox and the Hellfire Inferno from other players.
Baby Pets
Players of all classes can own baby pets. Players require pet eggs to get their baby pets. Baby pets available on Perfect World include the Gnosis Puppy, Quincunx Kitten, Cutie Bunny, Flying Piglet, Baby Dodo Bear, Froglet, Huggy Bunny, Young Butterfly, Baby Salamander and the Silver Fox Cub.
Rare Pets
Rare pets in Perfect World include Baby Hercules, Blazing Phoenix, Frogling, Snow Hare, Shaodu Cub, the Wind Walking Piggy, Cuddly Pup, Kowlin and the Armored Bear. Rare pets are difficult and expensive to obtain and players need to wait before they can get rare pets on Perfect World.
