"Moshi Monsters
" is an online game that allows players to care for a fictional monster character. Players pick from six available monsters to maintain. There is both a free, basic version of the game and expanded membership (which costs money) with extra items and abilities. The process of adopting a monster is simple; players must choose their monster, its color and its personal information to start their game with the website.
Instructions
1. Go to the "Moshi Monsters" website. Click "Adopt Now."
2. Click one any of the six available monsters.
3. Click on any of the colors under "Main Color." Select any other colors for the "Extra Color" heading.
4. Click on the box for agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website. Enter your name, password, age and e-mail address.
5. Select the box to get e-mail updates and news if desired. Click "Next" to finish.
6. Earn Rox, the game's currency that is used for purchasing monster items and food, click on the "Puzzle" button located left of your monster's door.
7. Select the "Map" icon to find shops on the street that will sell you items for your monster.
8. Click on the "Chest" icon to access the items you have purchased.
9. Click and drag the food to your monster to it. Click and drag items to its room to place them there.
