Vacation Cabins On Two Mile Road In Ohio

Two Mile Road is in New Plymouth, Ohio, in the Hocking Hills region, 15 miles east of Athens, Ohio. There are a plethora of vacations cabins in the area, but only one on Two Mile Road -- County Line Cabins.


The Area and Attractions


Hocking Hills is a region dotted with caves, rivers, and waterfalls. Staying in County Line Cabins will put you within a few miles of man natural attractions. The most popular attraction is Old Man's Cave in the Hocking State Forest. Other attractions include Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Clear Creek, Conkle's Hollow, Lake Hope, Lake Logan, Rock Bridge, Rock House, Tar Hollow and Wayne National Forest.


Amenities and Prices


Rustic in appearance, County Line Cabins has standard amenities and then some. County Line has fireplaces, hot tubs, fully equipped kitchens, central heat and air and a catch-and-release fishing pond on the property. Rates begin at $130 a night, $140 on weekends, with an additional charge of $15 for each person exceeding two, and $10 for each pet, as of 2010.


Directions


To get there, take I-70 to Columbus, and get on the I-270 beltline. Take the beltline to Exit 46-B, onto Federal Highway 33 East. When you see the signs for Logan, take Ohio 93 South for about 18 miles, and turn left on Ohio 56 East. At New Plymouth, turn south on Ohio 328. When 328 ends, take a left onto 56. The next intersection is with Two Mile Road. Go right, and County Line Cabins is less than half a mile on your right.
