Create a Virtual Baby
"Birthing" a virtual baby is a fun experience for adults and children alike. You don't have to worry about a virtual baby like you do an actual child; having one is just for fun! Create a baby to show the world on your personal networking page, or to take care of online.
Instructions
1. Visit websites like CyberInfants and Zodler that offer virtual babies. There are two main options: Some sites let you create a baby and care for it online (like a virtual pet), while others enable you to download an animated or inanimate baby to put on your own website, just for show.
2. Create an account (if necessary) and choose your baby. You'll be able to pick a gender and name the child. The site will then teach you care for your newborn. Normally, this will involve feeding her, playing with her and changing her diaper. You'll have to pay attention to your baby, or she will become unhappy! Be sure to check on her every day so she doesn't get lonely.
3. Add a baby. To add a baby to a website, you'll be provided with a code to copy and put somewhere on the page. On MySpace, for example, you simply insert the code into any box in the "Edit Profile" section.
