Turn Balloons Into Shoes For Dogs

All dogs are not created equal when it comes to their ability to walk on various surfaces. One dog may be able to run on rocks without a problem at all, while other dogs that run on rocks end up with blisters or sores from the rocks cutting into their paws. Some dogs will refuse to walk in snow because of the coldness. Turn balloons into shoes for your dog to protect his paws from blisters, cuts and the cold.

Instructions

1. Direct your dog to give you his paw.

2. Place a balloon next to his paw. Extend the balloon from the tip of his paw, continuing up his leg.

3. Mark the balloon 1 inch above the top of the paw.

4. Cut the balloon straight across.

5. Slide the balloon over the dog's paw. It should fit snug against the leg, but not tight. If the balloon is too tight on the dog's leg, repeat the process with a larger balloon.

6. Cut four more balloons to this size. Save one for measuring later. These shoes are disposable.
