Donate Clothes To Haiti In Illinois

Some relief agencies accept clothing for Haiti.

Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere, has been struggling to rebuild from the devastating earthquake that struck the island country in January of 2010. The nation has also had to deal with political violence and a cholera outbreak. Many nonprofit agencies do not have specific clothing drives for Haiti any longer. You still can make an in-kind donation to many relief agencies in Illinois and specify that the clothes be used for Haiti relief. You can also mail your clothing out of state to agencies that work with Haiti.
